Sorbet: sorbet is made from up to 50% fresh fruit. The only other ingredients are water, sugar and natural stabilizers like carob seed flour; sorbets are dairy-free and their fat content is zero. The secret for a brilliant sorbet is selecting only the best fresh seasonal fruit! We only choose top quality, perfectly ripe fruit, like Sicilian blood oranges or Ovale di Sorrento lemons: the pure taste of fruit must stand out in a velvety, creamy texture. Aside from all the classic flavours, we love to concoct special recipes by mixing different kind of fruit, adding liquors, infusions, spices or edible flowers. Try them all!
