Chocolate sorbet: a flavour we are undeniably proud of, and one of your favourites. We wanted everybody to enjoy a fantastic chocolate sorbet – even lactose-intolerant people or dieters – so we totally scrapped milk and cream. We only use a lot of the finest 75% black chocolate, a pinch of cocoa powder, a little egg yolk, sugar and water. The intensity of the sharp and faintly bitter black chocolate will embrace you and linger for a long time.

Our tip? Try it with banana or strawberry.
