Apricot: already known in China around 3000 b.C., picked in late Spring and Summer, apricots are incredibly rich in A, B and C vitamins. They come in several varieties, but we only choose the best apricots, picked when they are perfectly ripe – soft, but not squishy, richly coloured and perfumed. The other ingredients are really simple: water and sugar. You only need good fruit for a good sorbet!
Our tip? Try it with chocolate or fiordilatte.
