Raspberry: raspberry is incredibly rich in antioxidants and vitamins A and C, and has a unique sweet but tangy taste. The problem with raspberry is that it is so delicate that it can only be picked by hand, in tiny baskets, and only lasts for a month in Summer, which doesn’t make it cheap. But we spared nothing for our sorbet, because we only want to offer the best quality. We choose perfectly ripe raspberries, firm and not soft, intensely aromatic – and we use a lot of them. You see it in the natural ruby red colour, and taste it in the amazing flavour. We are sorry for the tiny pips, but it’s really impossible to get them out when you only use fresh fruit!
Our tip? Try it with fiordilatte or chocolate sorbet.
