Mixed berries: raspberry, blueberry, red currant and blackberry grow spontaneously in the woods. They once were spurned by the rich because they were considered cheap and abundant food for people living on the hills or the mountains, and were mainly used for their antiseptic and anti-inflammatory qualities (they also deliver a huge content of vitamins, fibers and potassium). Today they are appreciated all over the world, particularly for baking. We painstakingly select the best berries (they are extremely delicate to the touch), choosing only firm berries with an even colour, then we add sugar and water to make a really fresh sorbet bursting with vitamins!
Our tip? Try it with fiordilatte or white chocolate
